A gerente da Câmara de Dirigentes Lojistas (CDL), Rosângela Belarmino, frisou que constatou o problema na Vivo e também em outras operadoras. Ela salientou que o telefone fixo conseguiu ser utilizado, mas durante a conversa, a ligação caiu.
