Instituições financeiras consultadas pelo Ministério da Fazenda projetam que o déficit primário do Governo Central, formado por Tesouro Nacional, Previdência Social e Banco Central, deve chegar a R$ 138,543 bilhões neste ano. A estimativa está abaixo da meta de déficit perseguida pelo governo de R$ 159 bilhões. Em abril, a projeção era R$ 136,103 bilhões.
Os dados constam da pesquisa Prisma Fiscal, elaborada pela Secretaria de Política Econômica do Ministério da Fazenda, com base em informações do mercado financeiro
Para 2019, a estimativa das instituições financeiras é déficit de R$ 105,929 bilhões, contra R$ 107,304 bilhões previstos em abril.
A projeção da arrecadação das receitas federais este ano caiu de R$ 1,459 trilhão para R$ 1,453 trilhão, neste ano. Para 2019, a estimativa é R$ 1,576 trilhão, ante R$ 1,578 trilhão previsto anteriormente.
Para a receita líquida do Governo Central, a estimativa para este ano é R$ 1,219 trilhão, ante R$ 1,223 trilhão prevista no mês passado. No caso da despesa total do Governo Central, a projeção permaneceu em R$ 1,359 trilhão, em 2018.
A pesquisa apresenta também a projeção para a dívida bruta do Governo Central, que, na avaliação das instituições financeiras, deve ficar em 75% do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB – a soma de todas as riquezas produzidas pelo país), neste ano. A previsão anterior era 74,9% do PIB. Para 2019, a estimativa ficou em 76,8% do PIB, ante 79,9% previstos no mês passado.
