A paralisação dos caminhoneiros em mais de 20 estados atinge até as postagens nos Correios. A Empresa Brasileira de Correios e Telégrafos suspendeu temporariamente as postagens das encomendas com dia e hora marcados (Sedex 10, 12 e Hoje). Em comunicado, os Correios informaram que a paralisação também tem gerado “forte impacto” e atrasos nas operações da empresa em todo o país.
“Tendo em vista comprometer a distribuição, também haverá o acréscimo de dias no prazo de entrega dos serviços Sedex e PAC [entrega não expressa], bem como das correspondências enquanto perdurarem os efeitos desta greve”, diz o texto.
No mesmo documento, os Correios informam que “toda a logística brasileira” sofre prejuízos em decorrência da paralisação dos caminhoneiros, iniciada segunda-feira (21).
A operação dos Correios envolve mais de 25 mil veículos, 1.500 linhas terrestres e 11 linhas aéreas de norte a sul do país. A empresa entrega mensalmente cerca de meio bilhão de objetos postais, entre eles 25 milhões de encomendas.
“Os Correios estão acompanhando os índices operacionais de qualidade de toda essa cadeia logística e, tão logo a situação do tráfego nas rodovias retorne à normalidade, a empresa reforçará os processos operacionais para minimizar os impactos à população”, acrescenta a nota.
Caminhoneiros voltaram a bloquear rodovias pelo país nesta terça-feira (23), pelo terceiro dia seguido, contra o aumento no preço dos combustíveis.
