O governador Paulo Hartung empossou, nesta quarta-feira (2), a professora pós-doutora Gilsilene Passon Picoretti Francischetto como nova secretária estadual de Direitos Humanos. Na cerimônia de posse, Hartung destacou a capacidade técnica e a habilidade de diálogo de Gilsilene e adiantou que a nova gestora dará continuidade a projetos e ações desenvolvidos na Secretaria, em especial, o Programa Ocupação Social.
“É uma professora com excelente formação na área dos diretos humanos e do trabalho, com um vasto currículo e grande interlocução. Essa é uma substituição da qual tenho certeza que irá manter qualificado todo o trabalho feito até aqui pela Secretaria de Direitos Humanos. Também é uma medida que vai auxiliar na consolidação das políticas públicas inovadoras que estamos implantando no Estado” – afirmou o governador.
Esta é a primeira experiência de Gilsilene na gestão pública, que construiu carreira profissional na academia, na área do Direito, em especial nos temas Direitos Humanos, Direito do Trabalho e Metodologia do Ensino Superior. “Assumi o desafio de estar à frente da Secretaria de Estado de Direitos Humanos por acreditar que este é um espaço de muita potência e de extrema importância para ser ocupado e trabalhado a favor dos direitos de todos, e por acreditar que as ações hoje realizadas pela secretaria merecem ser mantidas, em especial o Programa Ocupação Social, no qual eu muito acredito” – afirmou a nova titular da SEDH.
Gilsilene Passon é graduada em Direito (Ufes, 1998) e em Pedagogia (Unopar, 2013), possui mestrado em Direito (UFSC, 2001), doutorado em Direito (Universidade Gama Filho, 2005), pós-doutorado em Ciências Sociais (Centro de Estudos Sociais da Universidade de Coimbra, Portugal, 2008) e pós-graduação em Docência do Ensino Superior (Unopar, em andamento).
