Estudantes do 9º ano da rede municipal que pretendem participar do processo seletivo para ingresso no Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo (Ifes) têm a oportunidade de participar de um curso preparatório gratuito, o Pré-Ifes, oferecido pela Secretaria de Educação de São Mateus. A aula inaugural está marcada para quinta-feira (12), às 19h, no auditório do Sesc, com participação também de familiares.
“Queremos repetir o sucesso do ano passado, quando, para as vagas do Ifes São Mateus, ocupamos mais de 30% entre os aprovados”, ressalta Rosângela Miranda, diretora pedagógica da rede municipal. Ela antecipa que o programa da aula inaugural será “dividido em momentos significativos”, como a participação do jovem Estevão Chagas Leonerio, que relatará a experiência dele com ingresso no instituto federal.
A acolhida será feita pela secretária de Educação Zenilza Pauli, enquanto o diretor de Ensino do Ifes São Mateus, Carlos Alberto Coutinho, apresentará a instituição. O palestrante Pablo Missagia abordará o tema Aluno ou Estudante? Estudante ou Alienado?. A programação contará também com esclarecimentos sobre o funcionamento do projeto e apresentação dos aprovados, via Pré-Ifes de 2017.
