No quarto dia de greve dos caminhoneiros e pelo segundo consecutivo de reunião no Palácio do Planalto, o presidente da Confederação Nacional dos Transportadores Autônomos (CNTA), Diumar Bueno, condicinou hoje (24) o fim da paralisação à redução do preço do diesel nas bombas dos postos de combustíveis.
“Como condição para não deixar o movimento acontecer, solicitamos que houvesse um estancamento do reajuste combustível principalmente”, afirmou o representante da CNTA.
Bueno e representantes de mais 11 entidades de classe, que falam em nome dos caminhoneiros, estão reunidos na Casa Civil. Os caminhoneiros querem a redução de impostos sobre o preço do óleo diesel, como PIS/Cofins e ICMS, e o fim da cobrança de pedágios dos caminhões que trafegam vazios nas rodovias federais que estão concedidas à iniciativa privada.
A reunião é conduzida pelo ministro da Casa Civil, Eliseu Padilha, e participam também os ministros Valter Casimiro Silveira (Transportes), Carlos Marun (Secretaria de Governo), Sérgio Etchegoyen (Gabinete de Segurança Institucional), além do diretor-geral da Agência Nacional de Transportes Terrestres, Mário Rodrigues, do secretário-executivo do Ministério dos Transportes, Hebert Drummond.
