A equipe da Delegacia de Crimes contra a Vida (DCCV) de Vila Velha identificou o suspeito de cometer o homicídio de Genário José da Mata, de 68 anos, conhecido também como Genário Sanfoneiro, assassinado a pauladas nessa segunda-feira (04), no bairro Alvorada, em Vila Velha. O suposto autor do crime foi identificado, localizado no município de Barra de São Francisco e conduzido à unidade policial para prestar esclarecimentos nessa terça-feira (5).
“Inicialmente, nós descobrimos o veículo que teria sido utilizado pelo suspeito. O carro foi encontrado com um homem de 52 anos no município” – explicou o titular da DCCV, delegado Ricardo de Almeida.
Durante o depoimento, o suposto autor confessou ter cometido o crime em legítima defesa e que a motivação seria a disputa pelo imóvel onde a vítima residia. “O suspeito alega ser o dono do local, enquanto o Genário afirmava ter adquirido a propriedade por usucapião”, contou Ricardo de Almeida.
O delegado explicou ainda que as investigações continuam. “Após ser ouvido na delegacia, ele foi liberado, pois não havia mais o estado flagrancial. Qualquer informação que nos auxilie neste processo deve ser informada por meio do Disque-Denúncia (181), as identidades são resguardadas” – afirmou.
