O regime de jornada reduzida, chamado popularmente de Operação Tartaruga, deve continuar até o mês de junho na Prefeitura de São Mateus. A decisão foi tomada em assembleia realizada pelo Sindicato dos Servidores Públicos Municipais (Sindserv), na tarde desta quinta-feira (3), na rua defronte à sede da entidade, no Bairro Boa Vista.
De acordo com a presidente Fabiana Arruda, em votação os servidores decidiram aceitar a proposta da Prefeitura de aumento salarial de 9,24% mais o pagamento integral do tíquete-alimentação no valor de R$ 310. Porém somente retornam às atividades normais após os reajustes serem concretizados. “A nossa proposta era de aumento imediato, mas o prefeito havia dito que pagará em junho. Então vamos esperar até lá” – frisou Fabiana.
A presidente do Sindserv disse ainda que, em caso de não cumprimento da proposta até o final do próximo mês, o sindicato convocará nova assembleia para que os servidores decidam sobre greve, ou outra atitude a ser tomada.
Fabiana avaliou que a participação dos servidores no ato realizado nesta quinta, que teve início por volta das 16h15, “foi muito significativa”. Ela salientou que a orientação é para que os servidores de todos os setores trabalhem com jornada reduzida, ressalvados o mínimo de 30% exigido por lei para os serviços essenciais, como atendimento na área da saúde, por exemplo.
A sindicalista acrescentou que as escolas devem decidir qual melhor rotina de horários adotar, mas que, em princípio, devem funcionar de 7h até 9h30, no turno matutino, e de 13h até 15h30, no vespertino. Ainda segundo Fabiana, as escolas de tempo integral, postos de saúde e setores administrativos da Prefeitura também devem funcionar com jornada reduzida.
